01 — What's included in the free Starter checkup?
A full security health check covering your external attack surface, open vulnerabilities and network exposure. You receive a written report with prioritised risks and a 30-minute debrief call with a certified analyst — completely free, no strings attached.
02 — Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Professional at any time. If your needs change, you can scale your plan or request a bespoke Enterprise quote. All changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
03 — Is there a minimum contract length?
No minimum term on the Professional plan. It's billed monthly and you can cancel with 30 days notice. Enterprise clients agree a custom SLA which includes a minimum commitment period, confirmed upfront.
04 — Do you help with Cyber Essentials certification?
Yes — Cyber Essentials advisory is included in the Professional plan. We guide you through the requirements, help remediate any gaps, and support your submission. ISO 27001 consulting is available under Enterprise.
